The Ritz-Carlton Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel)

Introduction: The Ritz-Carlton Chicago is operated by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and is located atop Water Tower Place in the heart of downtown Chicago. The hotel opened in 1975 and is a very typical Four Seasons hotel and only a Ritz-Carlton in name. It has Four Seasons signature beds and L’Occitane products in the bathroom as seen in all their 90-something properties.

Arrival experience: Warm welcome from the front desk staff before being escorted to the elevator.

What I loved: The professional Four Seasons service, standards and facilities.

Number of rooms: 435 rooms.

Type of property: City hotel.

Location: Chicago.

Facilities: Spa, fitness, swimming pool, meeting/business facilities.

Complimentary internet: Basic internet is free and a bit slow. The faster premium internet is chargeable.

Affiliations: Kiwi Collection.

My overall impression: Great experience.
