Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.

My arrival experience: Warm welcome before being escorted to the lounge.

What I loved: The design, service, and the service including lounge. A wonderful city hotel. My new favourite in Beijing.

What about the food: Great food at the Executive Lounge and Voss bottled water.

What about the service: Great and professional service from the well-trained staff. Great English level in the key positions of the hotel combined with a few foreigners to raise the bar.

What about the rooms: Spotless clean rooms in a beautiful design with comfortable beds, separate rainshowers, bathtubs with bathsalt, and complimentary Voss bottled waters.
