M Gallery Palazzo Caracciolo

Palazzo Caracciolo is one of the top choices in the city of Naples and after my stay I’m happy to conclude I did the right choice.

Palazzo Caracciolo is a member of Accor’s M Gallery which is their finest brand together with Sofitel. My experience with Palazzo Caracciolo started at the front desk. I was given a deluxe room, but reminded them of my Platinum status with A-Club and I got a Junior Suite. The Junior Suite was great and had two levels. Living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Lovely suite with a great design. The internet is complimentary and worked fine without being high speed. The service was very good with well trained staff. The breakfast was very good as well and I had a pleasant first experience with M Gallery.

Overall it’s far from Italys best hotels, but one of the top choices in Naples. I really liked the design everywhere and the service had good standards.

My opinion: Good experience.
