Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires

Four Seasons is one of my favorite hotel brands because you can always count on an extraordinary service experience in a well managed hotel.

I arrived in the hotel and the general manager Rebecca welcomed me and after a short talk I was escorted to the room by the bell boy.

I stayed in a junior suite which had a great contemporary design and for the first time with Four Seasons I experience a jacuzzi in the bath room and seperate shower as well. The junior suite also had two flatscreen Tvs and the same comfortable bed as in the other Four Seasons hotels. The facilities were acceptable, but far from Alvear Palace’s wonderful spa.

With 165 rooms this Four Seasons is one of the smaller ones and the service was great. Well trained staff and extremly helpful concierge which helped me with transport options to Four Seasons Carmelo next day. The food is expensive, but it was excellent and I got what I paid for.

Overall a great Four Seasons with contemporary rooms and great staff, but not extraordinary like Park Hyatt and Alvear Palace. Improvements is needed to compete with those two. Four Seasons wants to have the best hotel in all their locations and in Buenos Aires there is work to do because their competitors is world class.
