I arrived with taxi from Amman and recieved a warm welcome before being escorted to the room. Because of low occupancy due to the crises in The Middle East, I was upgraded to a great One-Bedroom Suite. It was quite small for a suite, but had separate livingroom from the bedroom. It also had a comfortable bed, flatscreen Tv, nice natural products in the bathroom, but unfortunately no bathtub. The balcony had beautiful views of the waterfall mountain and everything was set for a great stay.
The property is very beautiful and unique and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The spa was fantastic. It’s even charged for hotel guests and it’s simply because it’s better than most spas you will find in the world’s best hotels.
The food was expensive for Jordan, but fairly priced compared to other 5 star hotels around the world. The food was overall good, but the breakfast could be improved in my opinion.
The most important thing is the service and it wasn’t world class, but with good staff in the most important areas as front desk and spa.
Overall a unique experience in Jordan. I can definitely recommend it, but the overall service level wasn’t very impressive. The rates is good value at the moment and now is a good time to go.
My opinion: Great experience.
