My Arrival Experience: Warm welcome from the staff
What I loved: The house itself! Spotless clean, beautiful rooms and the kind staff.
What About the Service: Truly great staff. This is where Derwent are better than the other boutique hotels and guest houses in Cape Town. The staff are better meaning better trained and even friendlier than the other lovely boutique hotels in Cape Town.
What About My Room: Beautiful and small contemporary room with comfortable bed, working desk, flat screen Tv, standalone shower and a balcony with beautiful views.

My Overall Impression: Great experience. It’s ranked number five among all hotels in Cape Town on Tripadvisor. People love it and I did too!
