Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa

Cape Town is one of my favorite cities in the world and is a wonderland for hotel lovers. Lots of interesting hotels with high standards. Crystal Towers is a 5 star business hotel with 180 rooms and managed by African Pride. African Pride has a great collection of quality hotels including Tribe Hotel Nairobi which really impressed me.

My arrival wasn’t nice as I had to wait at check in and also wait for my room to be ready. They gave me a tour of hotel until my room became available. I stayed in a spacious Executive Room with sea views. It had a nice freestanding bathtub and in-room DVD’s as the highlight. A comfortable bed and complimentary internet was excellent touches as most business hotels unfortunately still charges for internet. The service and facilities was up to the standards of a 5 star and the spa reception had excellent staffs.. You won’t get personalized service when having 180 rooms, but the staff is professional and well trained. The facilities included a very nice spa area and great business facilities as expected.

Overall a great business hotel that really works. For leisure travelers that are better choices in Cape Town, but if you’re looking for a business hotel with 5 star services Crystal Towers is most probably the best choice in Cape Town. Definitely better than Westin where I stayed last year.
